Introductory Massage

A massage of your choosing with a complimentary 15 minute additional appointment time to allow time for a proper assessment, client history intake and  thorough home care plan and to give time for any questions or concerns you may have.

Massage

A proper assessment will determine the goals of treatment and you will receive either therapeutic, deep tissue, trigger point, or a combination of any of the above and always with an element of relaxation. 

Don't want to work on anything? Choose simply a relaxation massage! 

Prenatal Massage

A therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. It enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental and physical fatigue.
